What to send

Four enquiry types we triage daily.

  • Suggest an app

    We add new platforms to the index when they meet our minimum review depth (≥3 sessions, paid features tested). Pitch the product, your use case, and any context that would help us prioritise.

  • Corrections & methodology

    Spotted a pricing change, a feature we missed, or a scoring decision you want to challenge? Send the URL, the section, and the proposed correction. Reviewers respond within two business days.

  • Partnerships

    Affiliate enquiries, syndication, and editorial co-publication. Note that scoring is editorially independent — partnership rates do not influence rankings, and the editor reserves the right to decline.

  • Press & licensing

    Quoting our scorecard, citing our methodology, or licensing review excerpts. Attribution is appreciated; please include a working canonical link back to the source review.

Response time

Two business days for corrections and methodology questions; up to a week for partnership and licensing enquiries. If your message is time-sensitive (e.g. a factual error live on the site), say so in the subject line.
